Florida Real Estate Market Analysis

  • Developed a Python web scraper using Selenium to collect real estate data from Realtor.com, covering over 206 pages of Florida properties.
  • Cleaned and transformed the dataset, then created interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize broker performance, property prices, and geographic trends, aiding in data-driven decision-making for real estate agents, buyers and investors.

Customer Churn Analysis

  • Investigated why customers are churning at the rate they are and how to reduce churn.
  • Created calculated columns and fields, builded PivotTables, dashboard with Excel.

Data Science Job Market Analysis

  • Conducted an in-depth analysis of data science job market trends using Power BI, revealing a steady increase in job postings and a high demand for roles such as Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
  • Identified key skills correlated with specific job titles and highlighted the tech industry's dominance in job openings, providing valuable insights for job seekers and employers.

Product Sales Approach Analysis

  • Analyzed sales data with Python from Stationary to evaluate the effectiveness of different sales strategies (email, phone calls, and a combination of both) for a new product line.
  • Provided actionable insight with Plotly on customer engagement and revenue generation for each approach, helping the executive team make informed decisions on optimizing sales methods.

Airbnb Market Trends

  • Combined data from CSV, TSV, and Excel files to analyze the New York Airbnb market, identifying key insights such as review dates, private room counts, and average listing prices.
  • Presented key metrics, demonstrating data integration, cleaning, and transformation skills for effective decision-making for real-estate.

Analyzing Unicorn Companies

  • Analyzed the emergence of unicorn companies across 2019-2021, identifying the top three industries based on the number of new unicorns using SQL.
  • Provided key insights on the average valuation and growth trends of these high-value companies, supporting strategic investment decisions.

Hotel Booking Analysis

  • Validated and modeled 119390 rows and 28 columns in Tableau
  • Forecasted booking and cancellation rate in monthly basis, uncovered guest type, their meal type and customer repetition

Diabetes Patient Analysis

  • Diagnostically predicted whether a woman has a risk of diabetes or not according to blood pressure,pregnancies, ages, glucose, insulin, skin thickness and BMI etc.

Financial Analysis

  • Processed datasets with Power Query, created measures and tables, modeled tables
  • Developed a dashboard with MS Power BI, showed month to month sales growth and sales, profit trends among different KPIs and regions

HR Employee Attrition Analysis

  • Uncovered the KPIs those influences employee attrition for a human resources team.

Bike Sales Analysis

  • Cleaned, categorized and validated bike sales data using functions, formulas and PivotTable.
  • Visualized customer segmentation by age, gender, occupation, relationship among customer age, commute, count of purchased bike in MS Excel.
